Return Merchandise Authorization
ALL returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days. If you are returning product(s) for any reason, please create or login to your account and use our RMA request form to notify us of your return. Of course you can always call customer service at 855.714.7219 or email them at SUPPORT@REDSGEAR.COM.
Shipping Carrier Damages
We will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method. Please note, in case of shipping damage, an insurance claim has to be finalized by the carrier before we are able to issue compensation or product replacement. Please keep the damaged item in case the carrier would like to examine it.
Concealed Product Damages
We will be glad to offer a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method for all damaged products.
Mis-shipments/Wrong Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all please contact us of such issues. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return.
Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty. In the case that the manufacturer is unable to provide resolution, Reds Gear will replace the defective item. Reds Gear will also pay for the return shipment of these items.
Standard Returns (no longer want/need item)
All standard returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging/manuals. Upon receipt of such returns our warehouse will inspect the condition of the items before refunding. All items returned for this reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Electronics (including heart rate monitors)
- Products that have been previously installed
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Mouth guards and earbuds (or any items deemed personal)
